MOST HELPFUL REVIEW

I've been to Dr. Brown a few times and always had a wonderful experience. The staff are wonderful. They do their best to squeeze me in and I always feel at home. Today I had to take my son (8yrs old) there for an emergency. He's a new patient and they got us in right away. During the needle process, instead of my son crying, he was laughing! Dr. Brown made the whole procedure fun and relaxing. Their new office is stunning and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown and his staff. I highly recommend this office.

Going to the dentist has never been a fun experience but my visit to Dr. Brown was pretty close! I had lost a huge filling and was fitted in for an appoitment. This was my first visit to this location. The office is really lovely and the staff are very friendly. I had never met Dr. Brown. He is very kind and wants to ensure his patients don't suffer. I needed a crown and was not looking forward to the mold, temp crown, and second appointment. To my surprise Dr. Brown said I could get my crown within an hour and a half. Sure enough, with a computer program my crown was made and in my mouth within that time. Painless, same cost as the usual procedure and it felt as if it had always been in my mouth. On top of that there was reggae music playing and Dr. Brown sang a few bars! I would highly recommend Dr. Brown. You won't be sorry!

We were extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Brown ten years ago, and we have been patients ever since. Over those ten years, we have had many procedures done aside from the scheduled cleanings; fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, root canals, crowns and bonding. His work is meticulous. He ensures that you don't experience pain. The office is beautiful (and he plays great music!), it's easy to access and his office staff and his hygienists are terrific. Dr. Brown is the consummate professional, yet he is very warm and caring. He is the best dentist we have ever had and we recommend him highly.

I have been an extremely happy and satisfied client of Dr. Brown for the past 15 years or so, and I unfortunately have the kind of mouth that has required many dental visits. While it's unfortunate that the other reviewer had a poor experience, my own experiences have been so dramatically different that I actually have been left wondering if we're talking about the same dentist.Dr. Brown is the most painless dentist I've ever had the privilege of dealing with, and I've been through dozens of cleanings and examinations, no less than twenty fillings, a serious dental abscess, a root canal, and a crown. I've also had my wisdom teeth removed by him.In every case, Dr. Brown has performed quality and professional work, has always explained very clearly what was being done, how it would be done, and why it needed to be done, and has only ever done work that was justifiably necessary -- even despite my having sufficient enough dental coverage that cost has rarely been a factor. Dr. Brown has an excellent bedside manner that has always put me and my family at ease, is very personable, and despite running a very busy practice always has the time to stop and say hello and ask how we're doing. All of his office staff, assistants, and hygienists know what they're doing and have always comported themselves with professionalism, and I have never had an even slightly negative experience with Dr. Brown or anybody at his office.Dr. Brown is also excellent with children -- my now-five-year-old daughter has been visiting him regularly for checkups since she was about three years old, and has even had two fillings this past spring -- an experience that was completely smooth, and you can imagine what it could be like for a four-year-old at the dentist. I credit much of this to Dr. Brown having had us bring her in at a much younger age -- at no charge -- to give her a checkup and orientation, show her all of the tools, and get her comfortable with the idea of going to the dentist.I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Brown's services to anybody I know.

Steer clear of this 'dentist'. I had an absolutely nightmare experience with him when I lived in Toronto. According to him I needed 5 fillings, and he was going to do them all in one sitting. I told him I thought it was too much and he assured me it would be fine. He hollowed out my teeth and let his assistant fill them and she stabbed me in the face with an instrument because she wasn't paying attention. He came back in the room, told me he was going to finish the job. I left the office WITH A HOLLOWED OUT TOOTH that he overlooked filling! So I was back in his office 3 days later for a root canal because the nerve had been exposed.AND It gets worse from there. So much pain, and so much money I've spent out of pocket because of his mistakes. A root canal, an implant and an extraction of my molar. He's a terrible excuse for a dentist and a pathetic excuse for a human being.Steer clear.
