I cannot say enough about loving Dentologie. I have a lot of dental trauma and have been to a million dentists with varying levels of comfort. Their transparency and complete lack of pushiness with optional services is everything. I always feel well informed, but never uncomfortable or pushed into paying for something sooner than I'm able.

I normally hate going to the dentist but the staff here was amazing! My hygienist Akansha was so friendly and gentle, and Dr. Ghandour took his time answering my questions and offering advice. I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Dentologie. There is no one better than Dr. Oh! Truly, he is a gift to the world dentistry. He is professional, thorough and his attention to detail is unparalleled; not to mention the skill and craftsmanship! I don't know the name of the folks who create the crowns themselves, but they're artists...I can't even tell which tooth is the fake one. The practice is pretty large so the appt center can be a little chaotic at times, but not enough to ruin my experience with the actual treatment, which is the whole reason I'm there. If you're looking for a new dentist or place to get work done, you're in good hands here.

I rarely leave reviews, but Dentologie RIver North is too good not to leave one. First off, communication with their team via text and phone calls is always seamless. They're prompt to pick up and prompt to respond. At the time of my appointment, I waited maybe 4 minutes before I was called back for my cleaning and was told upfront about how long the appointment would take (they were spot on). The staff was communicative on what they were doing during each step and really took the time to see any changes that may have occured from my last appontment and answered all my questions. They checked in throughout the appointment to see how I was doing and were super easy to chat with. The TV- in front of you and on the ceiling! (and choice of shows/channels) to watch made the appointment fly by and was such a nice bonus! When I had a not planned question/concern when it came to my permanent retainer, the doctor was able come in almost immediately and fixed it right on the spot. Lastly, they are super knowledgable, fast, and transparent when it comes to pricing and insurance. They were able to let me know what my insurance covered during my appointment so I could make real time decisions. THANK YOU Dentologie River North for everything you all do.

Dr. Oh actually listened to my concerns to find the root cause of my pain. Dr. Oh looked to find a real solution for my tooth pain instead of ignoring it and solely mitigating the symptoms.

Overall experience was amazing - customer service was gentle and friendly, my dentist was professional, personable, and highly efficient as well as my technicians. I haven't had a more pleasant experience at a dentist than here. I’ve been here 3 times in a month due to emergency crowning and after a great experience I went back for my annual exams/cleaning too. Definitely feel like I’ve found my new dental office. ☺️

Booked an appointment after having an emergency during a business trip. Not only was i able to schedule a last minute appointment, I was also treated with care and great attention. Dr. Oh enabled me to get an appointment for a root canal on the same day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and empathetic. Highly recommend!
