Update (2/26/25): Another successful visit! I was greeted by the front-desk staff and called back just after arriving at Dr. Brown’s office. The RDA, Irisha, was wonderful in every way—patient care, efficiency, attention to detail, responsiveness, helpfulness, communication, and friendliness. She was the perfect “preface” to another great dental experience. Dr. Brown did not keep me waiting—His timeliness, bedside manner, thoroughness, professionalism, skill, and willingness to walk me through every step of the treatment rendered was a lesson in excellency! I have been won over at this dental practice, as Dr. Brown and his “supporting cast” have made it a joy to visit the dentist. Thank you, everyone!🤗 Update (2/17/25): …and the visits just keep getting better. I got a permanent crown today and was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. My appointment was at 8am, and I was already headed home by 8:30am. Dr. Brown was quick and efficient and so was his dental assistant (I hope I got her title correct). Thank you, both, for increasing my comfort level at the dentist again after some “misses” at other providers. I’m actually excited about my next appointment later this month, as I miss the perfect smile I once had. I appreciate having the option to schedule my next appointment before leaving the office and without issue, including having to wait for, what seems like, forever. I think that I’ve finally found a dentist that I could stick with for many years to come! (My husband was right on in suggesting that I try Dr. Brown!) Blessings to all!🙏🏾 Update (1/16/25): I visited Dr. Brown and his team for the second time, and the second visit was even better than the first. Everyone was attentive to my needs, (including relative to my daughter’s presence, need to pay with CareCredit, and ability to book the next appointment in a reasonable timeframe) and ensured my comfort throughout treatment. Dr. Brown is quick and efficient at his work, and I appreciate that I only experienced very minimal discomfort (not pain) the entire visit. Once again, thank you, Dr. Brown and team! First visit (1/6/25): Stellar dental practice! Prior to my appointment, Laura called to confirm that the provider was out of network with my husband’s new insurance. I determined that I did not want to cancel my appointment. Once at the office, Laura was extremely helpful with ensuring I was checked in, and she confirmed that all my paperwork was complete. While waiting, I was able to browse Dr. Brown’s artwork in the adjacent art gallery (very nice!) Tiffany was amazing also—very welcoming and gentle when taking x-rays. She had a singsongy way of giving instructions. I loved it! It made me smile. Once inside the treatment room, Dr. Brown asked me about my concerns and, after examining my mouth himself, devised a plan for my oral health moving forward and asked if I had any questions. I’d not been to the dentist regularly over the last 2-3 years, due to being exasperated by costs, treatment inconsistencies, and scheduling challenges. I hope to get back on top of caring for my teeth and look forward to making Dr. Brown a trusted dental provider. Thank you, Dr. Brown and Team, for a pleasant first experience at your practice!🙏🏾
