ABOUT US At San Marcos Dental Studio we provide comprehensive dental care to our patients. This includes everything from check ups and cleanings to emergency dentistry, Implant dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. In our office we use the best technology that is out there. We are one of the office in the San Marcos area that are equipped to do Digital Same Day Crown Dentistry, Laser Gum Surgery, and Guided Implant Dentistry. At San Marcos Dental Studio we make sure every patient knows that they are our number one priority and we take our time to answer all of their questions. Dr. Babak Shahrokh
Dr. Shahrokh grew up in New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2009. He subsequently completed his residency at the VA medical center in Wilkes-barre, PA. Dr. Shahrokh has had extensive post-graduate training in various aspects of cosmetic and implant dentistry with a strong focus on dental implants, dentures, and veneers. After completing his residency, he traveled to San Diego a few times, fell in love with the people, city, and beautiful beaches, and subsequently decided to move here permanently. Dr. Shahrokh believes that with patients trusting him, he creates strong, lasting connections with his patients. He also knows that every patient has unique needs and circumstances requiring different treatment strategies tailored to their dental care. Dr. Shahrokh is very good at easing patients’ fears and anxieties with his calm and attentive demeanor. He clearly explains every process step by step and all the details of what to expect. Dr. Shahrokh is one of the few dentists in San Diego open on Saturday. In his spare time, he loves going to comedy shows, spending time with his family, being in nature, and exploring the city.

They need more than 5 stars. The whole staff including the dentist were so helpful. They took me in at the end of the day w/o any appointment just to help and ease my concern and anxiety about my implant crown. Thank you so much. Luisa

In my opinion Dr Shahrokh is great. He has a calm manner and does good work. However the desk has tryed charging me for what was covered by insurance the last two times I went. Just know what your insurance covers.😊

I am extremely nervous with dentists because of an horrible nightmare experience 20 years ago. I have to say that the staff at San Marcos Dental Studio eased my anxiety!!! Tammy, you were right!!!I was very comfortable! First time ever! Thank you so much! Excellent chair side manors, Dr. Babak Shahrokh thank you and your staff once again for easing my fears of the Dentist office!! Looking forward to my cleaning coming up, I highly recommend this Dental office!!

Dr Shahrokh is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I recommend all my friends and family. He really cares about his patients and even came in on a Sunday to help me with an emergency. Ive had cleanings, fillings, chipped teeth fixed & a night guard made & every time Im there, I really feel taken care of and I trust him and his staff completely.

I have been to many dentists in several states. Some have been very painful and others rough and rude. Every time I go to San Marcos Dental Studio everyone is very cheery and helpful. The treatments I received were very professional and they answered every question I had. I am on a focused and well informed path to maintaining my oral health.
