I cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation that I have for Dr. Farid and her amazing staff. In April 2022, I was in a severe car accident, and suffered several fractured teeth and facial fractures. From the moment I walked in for the first time, I knew I had found the right dental practice. The compassion, empathy, and patience they displayed was unbelievable. Dr. Farid came up with a plan to rebuild by entire upper arch. Due to a fractured maxillary arch, I was unable to have my broken teeth extracted right away. Instead of walking around with these broken teeth, she devised something that fit over them, giving the impression of normal teeth. In the meantime, she was able to have a temporary bridge manufactured for after I had my broken teeth extracted. On the day that I was finally able to have these teeth extracted and bone grafts put in (in preparation for implants), she collaborated with my oral surgeon so that I was able to go directly to her office after the extraction to have this bridge put in. This temporary bridge was more beautiful than my teeth ever were. Since getting implants and subsequently, the permanent bridge, is a long process, It was very important to have something that I felt confident with. In the meantime, She restored the rest of my mouth using permanent crowns. It was unbelievable how many compliments I got on my smile while I was going through this restoration. There were a lot of visits to the office, and the office manager Rhonda and The rest of the office staff always treated me like family, no matter how nervous or how much of a pain I was at times. Getting implants, permanent bridges, and crowns is a lengthy and complicated process. It was obvious that Dr. Farid had a passion for this, and her attention to detail was second to none. A few months ago, the restoration was completed. Never would I have thought that I would have such a fantastic outcome. Dr Farid and her staff helped me through some of the worst days in my life. The outcome couldn't have been better, and my gratitude cannot be measured with words. Thank you Dr. Farid, Rhonda, Victoria, and Natalia... you guys are the best!
