I visited Dr. Andrew Warshaw on December 18, 2021. I was having strong pain in my upper left gum. My dentist had just retired, but I had used Dr. Warshaw many years back. I called him on the 17th and he was able to slot me in on the very next day. I was concerned about the pain in my gum fearing that I had the beginning of some serious gum problem. On the way to his office, my wife suggested that I might have herpes. I thought that it might have been a canker sore or a burn akin to what sometimes happens when you have pizza. Dr, Warshaw examined me, took X-rays and a photograph of my upper palate. He said that he thought that I had shingles. He said that the giveaway was that the sores were on one side of the mouth and they were configured similarly to the pattern that shingles has. I was astounded. I never thought that shingles was the cause of the pain. Dr. Warshaw said that he had seen shingles of the mouth rarely, possibly 4 times in his practice. He gave me a prescription for an anti-viral which is only effective for the first few days of shingles. His diagnosis was quite amazing. My previous dentist had never encountered shingles of the mouth. The neurologist I went to see had never seen shingles of the palate before. I have just finished the dosage of the anti-viral drug but feel grateful that there is a good possibility that the medication was taken on the sooner side because of the astute diagnosis of Dr. Warshaw.

I had a fantastic experience with this practice - from quick and friendly scheduling, to their explanations about billing, and a really thorough cleaning. 10/10 !

I have been coming to Dr. Warshaw’s and Dr. Rosenwine’s office for 8 years. I could not be happier with dental care. They don't push for unnecessary elective or cosmetic procedures. However, if you do need some work done they take their time explaining what it is and why do you need it. Also, I always have great cleaning there. Office staff helpful and professional.

Great dentist for my entire family. I knew I found my dentist when they did my cleaning to the classical piano tunes of Fetty Wap and Dua Lipa. 5/5 for best dentist music.
