    Dr. David Kahn, the founder and owner of Li Sound Dental Solutions, graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2011. Dr. Kahn then continued his training by completing a general practitioner's residency at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, New York. After working as an associate for 2 years in his family's practice, Dr Kahn formed his current practice, Li Sound Dental Solutions, and opened his doors in April of 2015.

    At Li Sound Dental Solutions we strive to practice above and beyond the accepted standard level of care. We are a brand new facility utilizing the most advanced technology available to serve our patients well. We keep digital records and take digital radiographs and impressions. For the patient, this means the low radiation dosage and no more uncomfortable molds to hold in your mouth. We are digitally HIPAA compliant and go above and beyond all infection control guidelines.

Combining warm bedside manner with treatment rooms featuring high definition screens, noise canceling headphones and apple t.v., we are able to put our patients' minds at ease in the dental chair.

    What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

    As a general dentist it is necessary to excel in a variety of treatments. It is important to have an understanding of all disciplines of dentistry so that one can recognize what can be treated in a general practice, and what should be referred to a specialist. I consider my greatest strengths to be proper diagnosis, record taking and treatment planning. I have found that by placing the utmost importance upon thorough patient examination, I can provide treatment to the best of my ability with the best possible outcome for my patients.
