Our Dentist Rafael Isakharov, DDS Dr. Isakharov graduated from Tashkent Medical University in 1979, where he then completed a one year residency in oral surgery. Upon migrating to America, he enrolled in New York University’s School of Dentistry, graduating in 2001. Dr. Isakharov opened his practice in 2006 and loves servicing the Rego Park/Forest hills, Queens area. He is well known for his gentle, light touch during each and every treatment.
