Dr. Bumgardner graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1986. He completed a residency program at the University of Rochester's Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Bumgardner loves his work, and has quite the dental heritage. His father, grandfather, and two uncles were all dentists. To stay abreast of the newest techniques in dentistry Dr. Bumgardner frequently attends continuing education courses. He is also a Clinical Instructor at the Medical University of SC.
