We tried to do the best works possible. We take our time. Dr. Lam sees only 2 to 3 patients a day. Quality takes time. We take very few insurances. We do not take managed care plans, HMO, capitation plans. We take only a few fee-for-service type insurances. But every patient is treated like private patients. Dr. Lam is a general dentist, but he excels in many areas of dentistry. He does not hesitate to refer patients to good specialists when the work is beyond his expertise. He does not do orthodontics (braces). Dr. Lam graduated Stuyvesant High School, attended Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia University. He has degrees in Psychology, Chemical Engineering, Dentistry, and Public Health. He worked as an engineer for many years before switching to dentistry.
