    Dr. Winter graduated UCSF in 1975 and began working as a general dentist. Over the years he has taken numerous courses to continue his education in the dental field. Dr. Winter concentrates on cosmetic treatment, TMJ dysfunction, muscle pain of head and neck, and orthodontics. He can help with snoring and sleep apnea, dental implants, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and dentures. Dr. Winter is certified in sedation dentistry for teens and adults.
