What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
Dr. Alexander has been practicing dental medicine since 1987. He was at his previous location at 2650 Route 130 in Cranbury for 12 years. In March 2008, he opened the doors to his new office at 19 North Main Street in the Village of Cranbury.
When he's not in his office practicing general dentistry, Dr. Alexander is working at the New Jersey State Forensic Anthropology Lab. He also volunteers his time and forensic dentistry expertise as part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT).
On September 11, 2001, Dr. Alexander was called upon as a first responder to aid in the massive rescue and identification effort resulting from the attack on the World Trade Center. Over the next year, he devoted a large majority of his time in New York City to identifying victims through dental records.
Dr. Alexander also provided his services after the November 12, 2001 crash of American Airlines Flight 587 that went down in Belle Harbour in Queens, NY, where he assisted in the identification of many of the 265 victims.
In August 2005, Dr. Alexander was deployed to Biloxi, Mississippi to aid in the Hurricane Katrica disaster that hit the Gulf Coast. One of the deadliest hurricanes in the nation's history, Dr. Alexander helped to identify some of the victims of this devastating storm.
Dr. Alexander has been recognized by several branches of the U.S. government for his outstanding service and commitment to his country.
Recently, Dr. Alexander was a featured guest lecturer at UMDNJ in Newark (New Jersey Dental School) and the Philadelphia College of Science.
